4. Get a Web Host to host your site - Theses can be free, but there are some inexpensive hosts available too 
5. Create a 3-5 page website make sure that the main content page includes good references to your keywords - Do Not Overdo the keywords -- that will hurt your SEO rank.
6. Make sure you have good informative content
7. Let the search engines know about it - You need to go to the search engine site and submit it
8. Tell everybody about it.
